The water pressure in my house is very low at the moment - possibly since new bath & kitchen taps were installed - as a consequence, (so I'm led to believe), there is not enough pressure to start the hot water. The only way of getting hot water at the moment is by putting on the heating, and even then the hot water is only a fairly little trickle.
